Dear partner,
The last few weeks have been unprecedented, with the COVID-19 crisis affecting the lives and livelihoods of millions of people, as well as having a huge impact on the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
I have recorded a short video message for all Tripadvisor partners that I hope you are able to find a few minutes to watch. I am not normally one to talk in front of a camera (I’m the first to admit it doesn’t come naturally to me) but these are not normal times.
